Exhibitors intending to participate in conference activities and/or meals, will need to register for the conference in addition to purchasing a table.

*Conference registration includes the ability to attend all conference meals and sessions, including the special dinner on Tuesday night. Once you become a sponsor, you will need to register for the conference. Please note that registration does not include hotel stay.

MAG, a non-profit organization, relies on the support of our valued sponsors and exhibitors. Your participation is crucial in helping us offset conference costs for Maryland educators and in providing them with essential information related to Maryland assessment and curricular programs. Conference attendees, representing school districts across Maryland, seek partners who offer products and services that foster growth and enhance performance within their districts. This conference provides vendors and sponsors with an excellent opportunity to connect directly with current and potential customers from across the state. Over the decades, MAG has developed a reputation for being a top-respected conference in this genre.

Information for Sponsors and Exhibitors

BOOK EARLY! Premier table placement is assigned based on sponsorship level followed by order of sponsorship confirmation. Standard exhibit tables are assigned in order of payment confirmation.
  • Hours: The Exhibit Hall will open on Monday, November 17 at 2:00pm and close on Wednesday, November 19 at 6:30pm.
  • Network with conference participants: Social events will be held in the Exhibit Hall. All sponsors and exhibitors will enjoy all 5 meals with participants*, providing organizations the opportunity to network with participants during informal events. (*Exhibitors to register for conference; sponsors receive the number of conference registrations based on sponsorship level.)
  • Supporting Education in Maryland: In partnering with Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE), educational leaders, local school districts, and vendors, MAG provides sessions and professional learning on a wide variety of educational topics important to educational officials and leaders, in support of achievement of all students.
  • Sponsor/Exhibitor cancellation fee: On or before September 30th - $100 for administration and cancellation fees; October 1st or after - no refunds.
